Flight and Other Travel Purchases
Jetlatino serves as an agent and on-seller for third party service providers. By confirming to purchase any product or service offered by Jetlatino you become legally obligated to complete the transaction. In addition, by completing a purchase, you agree that you will be legally bound by all terms and conditions imposed by both Jetlatino and its third party travel service providers.
Jetlatino is not in any way liable for any claims against its third party service providers for non-performance or unsatisfactory performance. By using this website you also agree that Jetlatino is not liable for the cessation of service, or declaration of bankruptcy by any airline or other third party service provider. You also agree that by using this website you will not hold or request a charge back against Jetlatino through your credit card or any other merchant facility such as Paypal. This includes but is not limited to cases of cessation of service and declaration of bankruptcy by any third party service providers, including, but not limited to airlines.
In the event of a cessation of service by a third party provider, Jetlatino will make its best endeavours in assisting to recover money and make alternate travel plans.
Pricing
All prices provided by Jetlatino are subject to change until full payment is made and are strictly subject to airline and other third party providers’ availability.
If your credit card is not in USD it is likely that your financial institution will charge you a currency conversion fee of between 1-3% of the total amount charged. This fee is in no way related to Jetlatino. Whilst fares are quoted in the desired foreign currency this is only a courtesy service. All transactions are done in USD. Although the conversion is accurate at the time of booking, the amount charged on your credit card may vary due to currency fluctuations between the time of booking and payment and fees charged by your financial institution for currency conversion.
All airfares sold by Jetlatino include tax. In certain rare circumstances airline pricing whilst being tax inclusive does not include airport passenger arrival and departure taxes. In such cases Jetlatino is not liable for any additional taxes. We recommend checking individual airport regulations prior to travel.
Airline Changes
In rare cases airlines and other travel providers may change or reject reservations after they have been paid for. Such instances generally occur within 48 hours of a reservation being issued. In such cases Jetlatino will use its best endeavours to make alternate travel reservations at an equivalent or lower price. In such cases Jetlatino’s only obligation and/or liability are to use its best endeavours to provide a viable solution. At no time is Jetlatino obligated to provide a refund.
All airlines occasionally have last minute changes to their flight schedules. Due to this we strongly recommend confirming your flight directly with the airline 72-48 hours prior to travel. In cases where airlines notify Jetlatino of changes to schedules we will notify you through your nominated email address of such changes. Jetlatino is unable to guarantee schedule change information as this is solely the responsibility of the airline.
Certain airlines require telephone confirmation 72 hours prior to departure. In such cases where a passenger fails to confirm they risk losing their reservation.
Documentation, Safety and Health Requirements
Jetlatino strongly recommends that before travelling the individual undertakes necessary research as to documentation and health requirements of their destination(s). All documentation and health requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
Although most travel, including travel to international destinations’, is completed without incident, certain travel destinations involve greater risk than others. Jetlatino recommends that the traveller undertakes all necessary research by viewing their own governments travel advice before travelling. By offering travel for sale, Jetlatino does not warrant or guarantee that the destination chosen is advisable, or without risk and is not liable for any damages or risk that may result from travel to such destinations.
Cancellations and Changes
Terms and conditions for cancellation and changing of airfares and other travel services vary greatly depending on the product and the service provider.
Many airfares are non-changeable and non-refundable and passenger no-show’s result in loss of ticket. Other fares allow changes for a fee and a possible increase in ticket cost. Such changes if made by Jetlatino will carry a Jetlatino service charge. Jetlatino service fees are non-refundable.
Jetlatino makes every effort to disclose change and or cancellation policy and penalties during the booking process. If at any time during the reservation process you are unclear of such policies relating to your ticket we advise you to contact us at info@jetlatino.com in order for clarification.
We advise against making reservations and payments if you are uncomfortable or in any way unclear with the information provided relating to change and or cancellation terms and conditions.
Jetlatino Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Marketing Material
Jetlatino Referral Partners are provided with marketing material including flyers and email brochures in order to promote Jetlatino. Referral Partners are not permitted to use additional marketing material without the prior written consent of Jetlatino.
Referral Rewards
Referral rewards will be made monthly. If there is a dispute regarding a referral reward or item owing, Jetlatino will be the sole decision maker and arbitrator as to the outcome.
Only initial bookings of new clients referred to Jetlatino will attract referral rewards. Subsequent bookings will not attract referral rewards.
Flights referred for minors under the age of 18 do not attract referral rewards.
Jetlatino reserves the right to change the nature of referral rewards and all terms and conditions relating to the Referral Program without prior notice. The nature of current referral rewards will generally be outlined on the Referral Rewards Page of jetlatino.com.
